mastermind

build your remote life with structure around you.

a small cohort of people in the same transition. 8 weeks of structured work, biweekly calls, and the kind of accountability you can't get from a course.

WHAT THE MASTERMIND IS

a small room. a real timeline. actual accountability.

the mastermind is a cohort of 6–8 people in roughly the same situation: they have income, some savings, a goal of going remote -- and no good sequence.

we run 8 weeks together. biweekly video calls (90 min each), a private async channel between calls, and a structured curriculum that moves through income → systems → location in the right order.

it's not a course you consume at your own pace. it's a room where people are doing the work at the same time. that's the part that's hard to replicate alone.

what we work on.

four pillars. in this order. no skipping ahead.

01

income lock

stabilize location-independent income before anything else. whether that's negotiating remote at your current job, transitioning roles, or structuring freelance work -- this is the foundation everything else rests on.

02

systems

banking, taxes, health coverage, packing. the boring stuff that trips people up 3 months in. we handle it before you move, not after you realize you should have.

03

location

how to choose a first base that makes sense for your timezone, budget, and lifestyle -- not just because it looks good in photos. we work through Mexico City, Lisbon, Chiang Mai, Medellín, and others depending on the cohort.

04

community + accountability

the people in the room are doing the same thing you are. that's rarer than it sounds. the cohort stays connected after the 8 weeks -- most of the value compounds after the program ends.

8-WEEK STRUCTURE

what the 8 weeks actually look like.

weeks 1–2

income audit + remote plan

we review your current income setup, identify the fastest path to remote or flexible, and build an ask strategy if needed.

weeks 3–4

systems setup

banking, tax residency basics, health coverage, and packing down to one bag. solve the logistics before they become urgent.

weeks 5–6

first base selection

choose your first destination based on your timezone, budget, and work calendar. find housing, understand visa options, plan the first 30 days.

weeks 7–8

launch + community

finalize the plan, announce internally (if applicable), and prepare for the first month. cohort introductions with people who've just done what you're about to do.

WHO THIS IS FOR
  • you have a job or income to make remote (or are close)
  • you want structure and accountability, not just information
  • you're ready to move within 6–12 months, not "eventually"
  • you want to do this with other people, not alone
WHO THIS IS NOT FOR
  • still exploring whether this life is for you
  • no income plan at all yet
  • looking for a community to stay in forever

if you're in earlier stages, start with the free resources or a 1:1 strategy call.

INVESTMENT

the price of one bad decision.

most people i talk to have already spent more than the cost of this program on flight changes, wrong apartment deposits, or a remote job that turned out to not be remote. the mastermind costs less than a month of that trial-and-error.

pricing is shared with accepted cohort members. ask about the next cohort to get details.

what's included:

  • 4 biweekly group calls (90 min each)
  • private async channel for the 8-week cohort
  • structured curriculum + worksheets for each pillar
  • cohort alumni access after the program
  • a 1:1 check-in with Andrey at week 4
